A. 30-Day Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused, unwashed, and in their original condition (resalable condition).
- In original packaging (not just the shipping bag).
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
B. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- We do not charge a restocking fee.
- We do not provide prepaid return labels for general returns.
C. How to Start a Return

- Include your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return.
- If approved, you may return the item using your preferred courier at your own expense.
- We recommend tracking and insuring your return, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost or damaged in transit.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
D. Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for damaged, incorrect, or defective products. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@holmody.com.
